The blanket was perfect for our beach trip. It was huge and the sand came off perfectly. It is a little bulky when rolled up and packed in my suitcase but I made it work.I bought this mostly for beach/ picnicsBig size very controllable to seat on.Definitely better in grass than sand, but east to clean and carry aroundMy daughter bought her blanket first. When she told me it was a nice large size and well made, I decided to get one as well. We recently took ours camping with us. It's a great size for a queen size bed, well made and lightweight. You can easily shake off beach sand and washes up very well.I use it as a lighter blanket for the warm summer months. It's exactly what I was hoping for.This a heavy weighted, high quality blanket. We actually lay it on top of another nylon blanket so it won't get stained by the ground to minimize need for washingI love the color & quality. Def recommend!Super high quality and perfect for the beach, curling up on the couch, or drying off a big wet dog. It's so pretty and soft too. The only down-side which isn't reaaaally a downside is that when drying it, it gave off so much lint that I could knit a whole other blanket with.Will be ordering more, the perfect balance of weight and warmth.. soft, gorgeous color (black). Very very pleased with this blanket.This blanket was purchased to take camping as it uses up less space and still provides some warmth. It was perfect. Large enough to share.Totally worth the money. I laid it on the floor so you have an idea how big it is. The rug under is a 10x8 feet rug. So I guess blanket should be 5x7? Nevertheless,. If ypu need a BIG light blanket for these fall days.
