Because of the potential for giving this as a gift to a person who is allergic to 100% polyester; I am rating it at less than 5 stars.When staying at large resort hotels, there is always an eternal battle being waged between those who are always "too hot," and those who are always "too cold." The PAVILIA Sherpa Blanket Hoodie, offers those who are always "too cold," a way to stay warm; without dragging an extra blanket around the room with them.The quality of the stitching appears to be excellent; and because it is 100% polyester, it is easy to care for. The positioning and alignment of the 2 outside pockets is done by hand. Because this is a large garment; when you first receive it, you should check to ensure the pockets are positioned correctly and "are straight," relative to the bottom hem, sleeve length, and neck opining. The breast pocket appears to be small and shallow. I would not anyone to place anything larger or valuable in that particular pocket.I bought some of the name brand (which are smaller) and got three of these. They are SO fluffy and warm. They are larger than the comfy ones and way more affordable. I LOVE these!! I may have to look for adult sizes now!I got this Sherpa Pink Blanket Hoodie for my 8 year old! She is absolutely in love with it and will fit her for a few years. It comes in one size. My youngest who is 5 tried it on and it fits her as well. I'd say 5 years old is the limit unless you have a taller 4 year old. It is easy to wash and I let it air dry so the heat of my dryer didn't shrink and melt and the sherpa. My kids love to be warm and cuddly and wear this every night to bed. They even wear it after they go swimming to warm themselves up! This is definitely a must have for the kids!Love this, very well made. Very soft on the outside and the inside fleece is super warm. My daughter loves wearing it in the mornings and snuggles up on the couch without the need of a blanket anymore. Look at how off the pocket is. Huge bummer.I am 5’2” and 120lbs so I purchased this “child” sized wearable blanket, which fits me perfectly. The adult size would be way too large on a small adult. This would honestly be large on any child under 10 years of age.It would not be a good item to gift someone, due to the chance of a manufacturing issue like this one.My dog sure likes it though, it is so soft.
