I love this blanket for the color, pattern, thickness, and coverage. My Rocky mare is 14.2-3 and compactly built like a Morgan and this was the first blanket we've tried that fit her just perfect in a 70". I don't use the bellyband part because it doesn't get cold enough here, she's pretty furry and only wears a blanket when there is inclement weather, and it would be more to clean since we deal with more mud than snow, but other than that, this blanket has been amazing for two awful, snowy weather events in two years. One night it was -5 F and this was the only blanket I had, but it kept her warm all night and has stayed waterproof through cold wet days and snowy cold nights. I've had it for two years now and haven't had to get it laundered yet since brushing it off after every use keeps it clean enough. The straps seem to be holding up well too and she can't complain about the fit. It does have a nice soft fleece lining as well. I would buy this again
