Love my new living room blanket! It's super soft and just the right length for covering my legs on chilly days. Wish it had been available in beige tones.I use this throw for my couch.This throw is very soft and attractive. I purchased this as a gift and upon its arrival, I received an email from the company explaining some care tips. There were 3 steps to treat spots. Also indicated the throw could get knotted if not washed in cold water on delicate cycle and to line dry outside for best results and to brush the nap so it's lying in the right direction...never use high heat, never iron and never dry clean. I appreciate them giving me all this information and if I was buying it for myself that would have been no problem. But being a gift for someone else, I don't want to give them something that is rather high maintenance with my needing to print out the email to hand to them. So this will be going back and I'll look for something that needs less attention.Bought this for my grandson who was in the hospital. It was like giving him a warm hug, when I couldn’t be there.Pros: Extremely soft, medium weight, no lint in the dryer, no pilling, extremely warm and comfortable, huge, perfect for cold nights on the couchCons: Has an odor even after the 1st washWhat surprised me most after I unpacked and fluffed it was how thin this blanket is. I expected it to be at least as thick as the sherpa's this brand makes. I also took issue with the stitching. No attempt was made to conceal the stitching and it really gives a tacky and cheap impression. The pricing of 50+ feels very over priced for the quality and I would not buy another nor recommend it to a friend. That is unless the price fell below 40 for the 90x90.There are positives like the softnesses of the faux fur. While u wish the fur was longer and thicker it is soft. I got the blue version and the fur side isn't as blue as the images impress upon. It's more like a slate blue which I liked even more.
